Terms & Conditions – Wetland Studios Putrajaya Family Package Promotion
Promotion Period:The Family Package is available from 1 February 2025 to 16 February 2025.
Package Details: The Family Package includes admission for 2 adults and 1 child (aged 4-12 years).
1) Additional tickets will be charged at the normal rate.
2) Offer is only applicable through online purchase.
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) price: RM69.00
- Weekdays (Monday – Friday) price: RM60.00
Eligibility:
1) The Family Package is applicable for MyKad holders or families with at least one MyKad holder.
2) For non MyKad holders, the Family Package includes admission for 2 adults and 1 child (aged 4-12 years) as follows:
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) price: RM102.50
- Weekdays (Monday – Friday) price: RM90.00
Purchase & Redemption:
1) The Family Package must be purchased online via our official website.
2) The Family Package must be booked at least 1 day before the visit date (e.g., for Saturday visits, tickets must be purchased by Friday).
3) E-tickets will be sent via email after successful purchase.
Validity & Usage:
1) The Family Package is valid for one-time use on the selected visit date only.
2) Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3) Rescheduling is not allowed once the purchase is confirmed.
Entry Requirements:
1) Visitors must present their e-ticket at the entrance for verification.
2) The ticket holder must be present with the group (2 adults and 1 child) upon entry.
Additional Information:
1) The Family Package does not include add-on activities such as VR experiences, animal rides, or photo keepsakes. Additional purchases can be made on-site.
2) Wetland Studios Putrajaya reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
3) By purchasing the Family Package, you agree to follow the terms and conditions stated above.
4) The use of promo codes/discounts shall not be permissible with The Family Package
